Does BizAI track vehicles or plan routes?
No. BizAI does not do GPS vehicle tracking, route planning, geofencing or ETA notifications, and it does not replace a fleet tracking or transport management system. Logistics and transport businesses use it for the paperwork and customer side: enquiries, quotes, proof of delivery, invoices and payments. If live tracking is what you need, keep your tracking provider and use BizAI alongside it.
Do drivers need to install a special app?
No. Each delivery is a job card link sent to the driver by WhatsApp or email. It opens in the phone’s browser with no login. The driver checks in and out (the location is recorded at each), adds photos and notes, and gets the receiver to sign. There is also a BizAI mobile app that works offline if you prefer it.
How does proof of delivery work?
When the driver completes the job card, the photos, the receiver’s signature, the check-in and check-out times and the location recorded at each are saved on the job in BizAI. Your office can see them straight away and answer a “was it delivered?” query without phoning the driver.
Can BizAI integrate with our existing TMS or ERP system?
No. BizAI does not connect to transport management systems or ERPs. It syncs invoices to Sage Accounting, Sage 200 Evolution, Xero, Zoho Books or QuickBooks, and customer messages come in from WhatsApp, email, Instagram and Facebook Messenger.
What happens if a vehicle breaks down or a driver is delayed?
You let the customer know from the shared inbox on WhatsApp or email, so the whole office can see what was said. If another driver takes the load, you change the job on the schedule and send them the job card. BizAI does not detect delays on its own, because it does not track vehicles.
How do we get paid faster?
Raise the invoice when the delivery is done and send it on WhatsApp with a Pay Now link. The customer pays by card, EFT or Ozow through Netcash, and can also view and pay invoices in the customer portal.
How much does BizAI cost for a logistics business?
