BizAI South Africa provides AI-powered business solutions including:

  • Voice Valet: 24/7 AI phone answering and customer service
  • Smart CRM: AI-enhanced customer relationship management
  • Social Media Automation: WhatsApp Business and social media management
  • Process Automation: Custom business process optimization

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Services are intended for South African businesses
  • You must be 18+ years old and authorized to bind your organization
  • You must provide accurate, current information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

3. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer

4. User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use services only for lawful business purposes
  • Comply with all applicable South African laws
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use services for illegal activities or spam
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
  • Share account access with unauthorized parties
  • Reverse engineer our AI technology
  • Use services to compete directly with BizAI

5. WhatsApp Business Terms

When using our WhatsApp Business integration:

  • You must comply with WhatsApp Business API terms
  • You are responsible for obtaining customer consent for messaging
  • You must respect customer preferences and opt-out requests
  • Meta's terms and policies apply to WhatsApp communications

6. Payment Terms

  • Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • You use services at your own risk

9. Termination

By You

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice
  • You remain liable for charges incurred before termination
  • Data export assistance available upon request

By Us

  • We may terminate for breach of terms
  • Immediate termination for illegal activities
  • 30 days' notice for non-payment (after grace period)

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
  • Unresolved disputes subject to South African jurisdiction
  • Courts of Johannesburg have exclusive jurisdiction
  • South African law governs these terms
