- Process Automation: Custom business process optimization
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- Services are intended for South African businesses
- You must be 18+ years old and authorized to bind your organization
- You must provide accurate, current information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
3. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer
4. User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use services only for lawful business purposes
- Comply with all applicable South African laws
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
Prohibited Activities

6. Payment Terms

- Late payments may incur interest charges

9. Termination

- Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice
- You remain liable for charges incurred before termination

By Us
- We may terminate for breach of terms
- Immediate termination for illegal activities
- 30 days' notice for non-payment (after grace period)
10. Dispute Resolution
